I’M SAD. K18 graciously gifted me their new conditioner to test before it officially launched (it’s now available on their website). I was SO excited to try it because K18’s mask and shampoos are some of my all time favorite products. While I definitely don’t think this is a bad product, and I am sure many people will enjoy it, it was a fail for me personally. Compared to my holy grail conditioners like L’Oreal Ever Pure, Redken ABC, Pureology Strength Cure, etc., it just doesn’t make my hair nearly as soft, silky, detangled, or shiny! Not one I can recommend based on my experience, but like I always say, no one product is going to work the same for every single person! Have you tried this or do you plan to?
