INFO:
If you want to create your own personal binder, I’ll be hosting a workshop on February 22 (in-person and online). SIGN UP: https:u002Fu002Fforms.gleu002F12xM5vLiJ6CnYbpw5 Here is how I organize my important documents using an A4 Long binder. I chose A4 Long because government documents in the Philippines, like IDs or certificates, are often longform. This binder helps me store everything I need for credit card applications, bank forms, or anything requiring identification. Binder Link: https:u002Fu002Fs.lazada.com.phu002Fs.K1WVJ To protect my documents, I use POUF Snaps for single pages I want to keep flat and undamaged, and POUF Pockets for multi-page documents like contracts. Links to these are here: Pouf Snaps: https:u002Fu002Fs.lazada.com.phu002Fs.pBgVN Pouf Pockets: https:u002Fu002Fs.lazada.com.phu002Fs.pBgS8 (Currently Sold Out, will be back soon) I also keep a digital version of my files using apps like PhotoScan or Adobe Scan. My binder includes IDs, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, passport, birth certificate, employment records, transcripts, diplomas, and more.
