Creating a consistent wedding prep exercise schedule with @Peloton in addition to my 1-2x a week classes @[solidcore] was key to helping me lose weight before my wedding. I’m someone that needs a plan or a schedule and combining the bike and walking with the megareformer at Solidcore and some additional strength training at home took the stress out of me figuring out wtf I was doing each week for exercise
